Have you ever heard of
Scribblish? It's like a paper form of telephone, where players alternate between making up phrases for others' drawings and drawing pictures from others' phrases. Some of them got pretty crazy. You have to guess at the end which one was initially yours and if you guess right you get a point. Here's an example of one of mine that ended up pretty differently:
